By accessing or using Tsuneko ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tsuneko is a personal, non-commercial project created for educational and demonstration purposes only. The Service aggregates links and metadata from publicly available third-party sources. Tsuneko does not host, store, upload, or distribute any video files, media content, or copyrighted material on its own servers.

3. Third-Party Content

All media accessible through the Service is hosted by and served from independent third-party providers. Tsuneko has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, availability, or practices of these third-party hosts. You acknowledge that:

• Tsuneko merely provides an interface to discover third-party content.
• Tsuneko does not upload, modify, or cache any media files.
• Any takedown or content removal requests should be directed to the respective third-party host.

4. User Accounts

You may sign in via Discord OAuth. By doing so, you grant Tsuneko access to your Discord username, avatar, and user ID solely for authentication and personalization. Your credentials are never stored — only the minimal profile information described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service in an automated manner.
• Redistribute or commercially exploit any part of the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any content accessible through the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tsuneko and its maintainers shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from third-party content.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
